Christine M. Nicastro,
President
Attorney Christine M. Nicastro is the President of NICASTRO LAW, L.L.C. She has more than 20 years experience working in the legal field. She is a graduate of the New England School of Law where she earned her doctorate degree in Juris Prudence in 1994. She graduated from the University of Massachusetts in 1989 with a bachelor's degree in Law. Prior to that, she attained her paralegal certificate from the same University.
Attorney Nicastro is more than well-versed in the process. Prior to her 16 years experience as an attorney, her background included 10 years as a paralegal where she gained hands-on knowledge and on the job training, working within the nuts and bolts of the legal system. Attorney Nicastro began her legal career as a legal secretary following her graduation from Katharine Gibbs School of Business, in 1985, where she graduated on the dean's list and served as the class valedictorian. Attorney Nicastro has worked in practically every field of law from general practice, to civil litigation, medical malpractice, personal injury, probate criminal defense--having worked in the private counsel division for the public defender's office. Her extensive corporate experience, gained from working in the Northeast Regional Headquarter's Office of a major international company, gave her the necessary overview and experience of the publicly traded company, where she labored under the direction of senior counsel, working with mergers and acquisitions.
She has been interviewed publicly on Cable television for her accomplishments and has been published in the Northeast Reporter, Lawyers’ Weekly and other journals. She has served as a faculty lecturer for Professional Education Systems PESI, Inc., and a speaker for the Massachusetts Bar Association Elder Division for the Brookline Council on Aging. She was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 1994, to the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts; the United States District Court and the Supreme Court of the United States of America. She is a licensed attorney and a member of the Bar for the State of New Hampshire. Christine is also a licensed Real Estate Broker and a Title Agent for First American Title Insurance. Much of her practice focuses on Real Estate sales, condominium conversion, and Real Estate litigation. However, she has a full service firm, where she handles divorce, prenuptials, probate of estates, asset protection, landlord/tenant, zoning, professional liability, setting up corporate business structures, and criminal defense.

Nancy Bruno,
Financial Accounts Manager
Nancy Bruno is a member of the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers. She has been the Financial Accounts Manager for NICASTRO LAW, L.L.C., since 1999. Ms. Bruno has worked in the bookkeeping field with other professional private corporations since 1994. She has received training from LaSalle and Gallant Accounting and keeps up to date with ongoing continuing education on the rules and regulation of the Massachusetts Bar and IOLTA Committee regulations by attending ongoing educational training. At NICASTRO LAW, L.L.C., she has assisted with real estate closings and received additional continuing educational training from First American Title. Ms. Bruno is adept with Quickbooks, Quicken, Excel, Timeslips, ABACUS, and HUD software. She is not only a proficient accounts manager and bookkeeper, but also has excellent customer service skills and is happy and eager to assist each one of the clients of NICASTRO LAW, L.L.C., with any and all of their individual billing concerns, payment plans and questions.

Eileen Dietzel,
Office Manager
Eileen Dietzel is the Office Manager at NICASTRO LAW, L.L.C. She is a graduate of Quincy College, where she received an Associate of Science Degree in Accounting. She also received computer and graphic design training while attending Northeastern University. She brings to NICASTRO LAW, L.L.C., her multi-faceted background of strong customer service skills and years of professional administrative experience. She benefits the legal team with her unique ability to work well with persons from many walks of life while maintaining strict confidentiality and privacy for the benefit of the customer/client. Her professional background includes sales, marketing, legal and office support services. At NICASTRO LAW, L.L.C., Eileen benefits the “team” as the administrative and customer support manager to insure that the client/customer receives the highest level of individual care. She insures that the details are taken from the clients; that the clients calls are returned; that the client files are kept in excellent condition; that attorneys are apprised of customer needs, and coordinates such that all administrative affairs within the office run smoothly, punctually and according to strict time deadlines. She endeavors to assist the attorneys in their goal to provide excellent cost effective legal customer services to clients at reasonable rates.

Kristin N. Gherlone,
Associate Attorney
Attorney Kristin N. Gherlone is a 2004 Graduate of Northeastern University where she attained a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs, graduating cum laude and with Honors on the Dean’s List in 2004. She attended the Beijing Foreign Studies University, in Beijing, China, in 2002. Attorney Gherlone pursued her Doctorate in Jurisprudence, which she attained in 2008 from the New England School of Law, where she graduated on the Dean’s List. Prior to working at her current position, Attorney Gherlone gained legal experience working at the Massachusetts Appleseed Center for Law and Justice assisting the Executive Director with advocacy work and policy change relating to keeping children in school and reducing juvenile delinquency. While in law school, she worked at Greater Boston Legal Services representing indigent clients in the housing unit in summary process actions. She also worked at the New England School of Law, Clinical Law Office, counseling indigent clients in family law, unemployment law, and social security cases. She has represented clients in unemployment appeal hearings and was very successful in having the denial of her clients' benefits overturned on appeal. At NICASTRO LAW, L.L.C., Attorney Gherlone has represented clients in court in a variety of areas. She has appeared on behalf of clients in divorce, custody, and visitation cases. She has prepared estate plans, probated estates, represented clients in motion hearings, and assisted with criminal trials and jury selection. She has also represented landlords at the housing court with regard to successful evictions. In 2001, Ms. Gherlone worked for Pallota TeamWorks as a Walker Coach for the Avon Breast Cancer 3-Day and Productions Assistant for the Boston to New York AidsRide. Following her work with Pallotta TeamWorks, she worked in the Development Department at Fenway Health. Jessica M. Saks,
Associate Attorney
Attorney Jessica M. Saks is an Associate at Nicastro Law, L.L.C.
Attorney Saks is a 1999 graduate of the University of Dayton where she attained a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History. Attorney Saks studied European Economics in Leuven, Belgium in 1998. In 2004, she earned her Juris Doctorate from New England School of Law in Boston. She was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 2004 and became a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and a Notary Public.
Attorney Saks had focused her concentration while in private practice to the areas of family law, including divorce, custody, support and visitation; as well as real estate law and immigration. In April 2006, Attorney Saks joined Nicastro Law, L.L.C. Since then, she has expanded her skills to include criminal law, restraining orders, civil litigation, probating of estates, estate planning, corporate law, conveyance law, landlord/tenant law, Hackney, medallion and other taxi cab and transportation issues.
Attorney Saks has represented hundreds of clients who depend upon her guidance as they navigate the legal system with the benefit of her counsel, sound advice and professional expertise, as they meet head-on the nuances of the legal system.
